Rogues must do WOW power leveling to 80 to open level-400 containers. Blacksmiths and engineers must get a profession level of 425 to create Obsidium skeleton keys and volatile Seaforium blast packs to spread out containers of this level. The level-350 bound Adamantite chest is the highest level of chest in the game.
